Use of the Embroidered-Polo-Shirts.com

After placing an order with us customers are agreeing to our terms of sales. A sales contract exists between us only once the goods have been despatched to you.

Personalisation for polo shirts and other work wear clothing

We will customise using embroidery or printing your polo shirt order or any work wear clothing order based on the artwork or text provided. In the absence of clear guidelines our design team will interpret your requirements to the best of their ability which will then be non-returnable except where clear errors or mistake are made on our part in which case we will do everything possible to rectify the issue.

Payment of the garments

We take payments of our all orders on-line using Paypal as the merchant who process the card details on our behalf. These are secure methods of payment and you can use any major debit or credit card which will be processed by PayPal as the merchant. We also take purchase orders from school and colleges - we also take bank transfer or you can send a cheque if you like.

Returns Policy on personalised embroidered clothing

If in any event you have received a faulty or defective item, or if we have made an error or mistake in the personalisation phase of the order, please email us with the order details and we will advise you how to return the item. Please note we will do everything to work with our customers and will also pay for the return postage, and either refund or replace the faulty item.  However we really do need a proof of delivery back to us may be required.

Personalised polo shirts or any other item which we offer or embroidered or printed items may not be returned unless the product is faulty, or we have made an error. Please do note once the item is personalised we cannot take returns if you are not sure on garment size you can always order plain samples before ordering custom clothing orders. Please do allow plus or minus 1 or 2 inches on the measurements which are only a guide.

Cancellation of orders

You wish to cancel an order then you would need to email (using contact form) within 7 days from the day following the date of delivery, unless we have already started to personalise your order. In the event of cancellation of an order all refunds or return of payments will be made within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. However customers need to be aware that delivery costs are non-refundable since customers are responsible for returning the item to us in the same condition as it was supplied to you. Delivery of embroidered or printed garments

Please do allow enough time to personalise your order according to your instructions, we aim where possible to despatch within 6 working days from receipt of the order.

All goods are sent via DPD or UKMAIL or DHL which are signed for so please ensure that arrangements are made to receive delivery of your purchase. If no one is available to receive the goods our courier will leave a card giving contact details for their local depot. Your order will be held at that DPD or UKMAIL warehouse for a minimum of 7 days and if unclaimed will be returned to us. We would need to charge for a second despatch.

Tax Charges on orders placed on-line

All items are VATable at 20% is included in our prices. Children's polo shirts and other items of clothing are exempt from VAT and is consequently not charged. Our VAT number is 374-8705-19

Please note if you are buying any item from outside the U.K., you are responsible for paying any import duties required by the destination country.

Privacy and control

We ensure all customers data are securely stored and are encrypted - We will NEVER pass on to 3rd parties any information collected from cookies, other than what is supplied to PayPal to process your card payment which is done in a very secure way.
